Should you choose to terminate our services after this initial period, a fee reflecting the hours worked on your project will be applied. The remaining balance will be credited to your account within 45 days of your cancellation.
To cancel any agreed-upon service, please notify us at least 10 days before the beginning of the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after the billing cycle has commenced will incur charges equivalent to the hours worked on your project during that month. If you have subscribed to our services but have not utilized them, you are still responsible for the payment. Any eligible refund will be credited to the original payment account within 45 days following your service cancellation.
